Our first breakthrough arrived when we launched doorstep stitching services across Noida. That single decision changed everything. We knocked on doors, took measurements in living rooms, built genuine relationships, and hand-delivered happiness directly to our clients. Within just six months, our team grew — two karigars, a dedicated Cutting Master, and a loyal customer base that believed wholeheartedly in what we were creating. Soon, that little room could no longer hold our dreams. We shifted to a fully operational studio. Then, life tested us. Many of our repeat clients relocated from Noida, and orders slowed significantly. Rent accumulated. The boutique that once buzzed with energy grew quiet. Rather than shutting down, however, we chose to evolve. We studied, adapted, and channelled every ounce of energy into building a strong digital presence. In our 4th year, we launched our own e-commerce platform — opening the doors of the boutique in Noida to clients far beyond city limits. That launch marked a new chapter entirely.
