Shipping Timeline

We dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Custom Orders usually takes 12-15 days of time for dispatch. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST move to processing the next working day. Similarly, orders placed on weekends or public holidays follow the same rule. After dispatch, your order arrives within 7 business days across India. Remote locations may need additional transit time. We notify you of any delays at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India only. International shipping is unavailable at this time. Furthermore, remote area deliveries may take longer than standard timelines.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹6,000 qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₹6,000 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹300. As a result, most couture orders ship completely free of charge.

Order Tracking

Once we dispatch your order, you receive a tracking ID instantly. We send this via email or SMS. Therefore, you can monitor your order in real time at every stage of its journey.

Delivery Terms

We package every garment securely before dispatch. Protective materials keep your couture pristine throughout transit. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, our courier partner tries again. However, repeated failed attempts may attract additional charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement. After this window, changes are no longer possible. Consequently, your order enters our fulfilment cycle immediately after this period closes.

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged or incomplete. Share clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will then arrange a replacement or refund promptly under our return policy.
