What We Accept We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Furthermore, returned items must meet all three conditions below: Unwashed and undamaged All original tags intact Returned within 7 days of delivery We issue all eligible refunds as an online gift card. What We Do Not Accept Certain items fall outside our return policy. Therefore, the following are non-returnable: Accessories — unless they carry a quality defect Customised or made-to-order products Pre-order products Sale items — unless received damaged or broken Any complaint raised after 7 days of delivery However, if you receive a sale item in damaged or broken condition, we send a replacement immediately. In the event of non-availability, we issue a online gift card. Alteration Option We offer size alterations at our Noida studio as an alternative to returns. Consequently, if this is your concern, contact us before initiating a return request. Refund Details Returns on orders of ₹5,000 and above receive a refund via online gift card. We issue the gift card immediately after we receive your return and it clears our quality check. Furthermore, the complete return process takes up to 7-8 days from receipt of the returned item. Once processed, refund credit reaches its source within 5-7 working days. Processing Time Processing returns and exchanges takes up to 15 days from the date on your return request. Therefore, please allow the full window before following up with our team. Free Reverse Pickup We offer free reverse pickup for all orders shipped within India. Our courier partner picks up your return package within 3-7 business days of your request. Additionally, you can verify your Return ID with the courier representative at the time of pickup. How To Return — Step By Step Follow these five steps to complete your return smoothly: Print your invoice to inside the item or items you are returning clearly. Pack carefully — use the original delivery packaging if possible. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and all tags remain intact. Insert your invoice inside the package before sealing it securely. Hand over to our courier partner when they arrive for pickup. Raise your return request within 7 days of delivery through our customer care team. Important Note on Duties & Taxes Do not ship any item back to us without first contacting our customer care team.
